PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely stop water from a discharge port of piping. SOLUTION: In this flap valve 20 installed on a discharge port 51 of piping 50 for preventing back flow of fluid from the discharge port 15 into the piping 50, a flap valve pressing means (forced water stop means) 30 for forcedly closing a flap valve 20 is installed. The flap valve pressing means 30 is a mechanism to press the flap valve 20 in the closing direction from the outer side of it.
