PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can output one of a plurality of signals at timings which differ from the output timing of an original signal, when the original signal is generated based on the plurality of signals. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is equipped with an input part 36, that inputs a first signal CE2 and a generation signal B generated based on the first signal and a second signal/CE1, and a control part 34 that performs control, so that one of the first and generation signals inputted into the input part is outputted. The input part inputs the first signal prior to the signal generation, and the control part carries out control so that the generation signal is outputted from the input part in place of the first signal after prescribed preset time.
