PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield plate having a high shielding effect. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic shield plate 100 is composed of a conductive flat plate having elasticity and provided with connecting pieces 104 bent so that end sides thereof are projected from the plate surface and a supporting portion 105 at edges of the electromagnetic shield plate 100. When the electromagnetic shield plate 100 and a printed board 200 are connected, a high shielding effect can be obtained by reliably bringing the connecting pieces 104 into contact with a ground pattern 201 of the printed board 200.
