PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information point management system capable of changing an information point acquired by a user according to relation, such as time and place when and where an Internet service is accessed. SOLUTION: In this system managing a user information point for an accessing user via a communication network 20, a server 50 has a means acquiring user information, such as a means 53 acquiring the current position of the user. Then, the server 50 adjusts a user information point to be offered to the accessing user according to the acquired information and transmits a coupon being the results, and a terminal 10 stores at least one coupon transmitted from the server 50, decides as to whether the coupon meets certain conditions, and transmits the acquired coupon to an arbitrary sever 50 connected to the network 20, when the coupon is decided as meeting the conditions. |
