PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processings on income and expenditure calculations on the basis of accurate income and expenditure information, without having to trouble oneself in inputting the income and expenditure information. SOLUTION: On a merchandise provider side A1, a merchandise managing device 3 records merchandise purchase information 13 on an adjusting card 1, on the basis of merchandise data 12 corresponding to merchandise 10 purchased by a consumer 2 by using a card writer 32. On a consumer side A2, the consumer 2 reads the information 13 recorded on the card 1, by using a card reader 41 in a household account book preparing device 4. When the information 13 is read, a household account book data processing part 42 extracts expenditure data necessary to household account book preparation from the information 13, automatically executes household account book preparation processing on the basis of the extracted expenditure data and household account book accumulated data 43, updates the data 43 and further displays the updated data 43 on a household account book accumulated data displaying part 4 due to data working processing for display in the form of tables, graphs, etc. |
