PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a positioning duration for a circuit board and to improve a productivity by compensating the amount of movement of the circuit board by horizontally moving a suction nozzle which is independent from a rotation of a rotary head, having arrived at a part assembling position. SOLUTION: A side rotary rod 5 is provided around an axis core 13a of housing 4 for a rotary head, and a suction nozzle 3 is provided at the outer periphery of the disc. The nozzle 3 is equipped at the distance R from the axis core 13 and at the position of an axis core 13b via a rotary driving unit 12. A first nozzle unit 7a holding a part 2 is made to rotate at a predetermined angle by the rotary head, the rotary driving unit 12 rotates at a designated angle at a predetermined position to move the nozzle at the position of assembling a part, and the part is assembled on a substrate by descending. Next, a second nozzle unit 7a makes the rotary rod 5 independently rotate in the near direction of the assembling position according to a difference of part assembling position of the first nozzle unit and the present position, and makes the rod 5 horizontally move. By the means, the amount of movement of hte substrate is compensated. |
