PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a packing along an outer periphery of a tank without dividing the packing in a packing sticking apparatus for a heat exchanger for sticking the packing along the outer periphery of a tank of the heat exchanger such as a heater core. SOLUTION: There is provided a beat exchanger packing sticking apparatus serving to stick a packing along an outer circumference of a tank 13 disposed on opposite sides of a core portion 15 of a heat exchanger 11. The apparatus comprises: support means 19 for supporting the heat exchanger 11 by holding a pair of he tanks 13 for the heat exchanger 11 from the opposite sides of the tanks, rotation means 21 for rotating the heat exchanger 11 supported by the support means 19 around an axis that connects the centers of the pair of the tanks, a packing supply section disposed facing the support means 19 for supplying a packing, and movement means 23 for moving the support means 19 on the side of the packing supply section.
