PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of data correction in a correction terminal in an OCR processing system for dispersedly performing the sampling, recognition and data correction of slip images in plural terminals. SOLUTION: When the instruction of the re-recognition of the slip image corresponding to a recognized result during correction is supplied from the correction terminal 4 for correcting the recognized result of the slip image, the slip image stored in a data management server 3 is transferred to the correction terminal 4, the slip image is re-recognized in the correction terminal 4 and the recognized result of a correction object is automatically replaced with the result of the re-recognition. In the case that many recognition defective parts are present in the first recognized result, by supplying the correct format information of a slip as the condition of a recognition processing and making a re-recognition processing be executed, recognition defects generated due to the recognition error of the format information of the slip are cleared.
