PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a connector on a flexible pipe by forming a cut part capable of opening to a seal member on the connector, and opening the cut part. SOLUTION: A seal member 15A is manufactured by rubber and the like having elasticity, each length of the seal member 15B and 15A is different from that of a projection body 15b formed in an inner circumference, and the projection body 15b is fitted to a part of a recessed groove. In each of seal members 15A, 15B, one cut part 15c is formed toward in a center part, and the cut part 15c is formed freely to open. When the seal member 15A (15B) is mounted on a flexible pipe, it can be mounted while opening the cut part 15c, and thereby, there is not such a botheration that the seal member 15A (15B) is mounted while rotating the projection body 15b along the recessed groove formed on an outer peripheral surface of the flexible pipe.
