PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, capable of omitting intricate operations and of mass-producing thin and lightweight batteries. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process for flatly positioning and arranging plural unit cells 5 separately from one another and for catching them with an armoring film 5 with openings 5a partially exposing respective lead terminals 6a, 6b formed, a process for collectively crimping and primarily sealing a prescribed region of a peripheral part of every one of the unit cells 6 caught with the armoring film 5, a process for pouring an electrolyte into every one of the primarily sealed unit cells 6, a process for secondarily sealing a region adjacent to the unit cell 6 in the electrolyte pouring region and for carrying out armorning and sealing be each unit cells 6, and a process for cutting and separating the region where the unit cell 6 is armored and sealed. |
