PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintended interruption of synchronization communication in the case of the synchronization communication of data requiring real time processing such as a video signal and an audio signal via a bus between a plurality of devices. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of one or more consecutive requests, a transmission node reaches a protect state (steps 301, 302), the transmission node rejects a transmission stop request from other nodes (step 309), so as not to stop transmission of a synchronization packet. Furthermore, the transmission node reaches a protect release state when a stop permission is received the same times with the number of times of reception of the consecutive request (steps 303, 304).
