PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation done by fingers etc., to dispense with extensive modification of a chassis, allow the chassis to be manufactured not only of resin but of metal by drawing, and to make it possible to simplify the structure of a cover for erroneous operation prevention. SOLUTION: This cover 20 for preventing erroneous operation is installed to inhibit a push-in operation of a switch piece when the switch piece is at an ON position or an OFF position, and equipped with stopper parts 22, a switch lock part 23 abutting on the front face of one of ON-side and OFF-side end parts of the switch piece in a pushed-in state to inhibit the other end part in a projecting state from being pushed in, and connecting parts 24 for connecting the lock part to the stopper parts. The cover for preventing erroneous operation can be slid in an opening part along a surface of the chassis.
