PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional music box device having a role as a driving source for enabling plural movements stably without axial runout for giving furthermore a visual interest to an ornament simultaneously with performance of sounds. SOLUTION: In this music box device having a drum 35 having pins 34 planted on the circumference thereof, a driving shaft 10 for driving rotationally the drum 35, a diaphragm 19 equipped with vibrating reeds for performing sounds by being flicked by the pins 34 by rotation of the drum 35, a frame 13 for fixing the diaphragm 19, and for journaling freely rotatavely the drum 35 and the driving shaft 10, end plates 24, 37 are embedded respectively on both ends of the drum 35, and a transmission shaft 31 is arranged so as to penetrate both end plates 24, 37, and both end sides of the transmission shaft 31 are used as output parts respectively, and a gear 21 is installed on the end plate 24, and an output shaft 27 engaged with the gear 21 and rotated in the direction rectangular with the rotative direction of the drum 35 is installed, and the output shaft 27 is used as the other output part, and the three output parts are rotated, being synchronized with a motion for performing the sounds by flickering the vibrating reeds by rotation of the driving shaft 10 in one direction.
