PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a relay station by always analyzing the control signal of frequency that is designated by the relay station, notifying the operator of a fault when the control signal has abnormality or is not received yet and resetting automatically a CPU of the relay station, when the faults occur consequently. SOLUTION: A communication monitor device 101 receives a down control signal from a relay station 102 and analyzes the contents of this control signal. When the down-control signal is not received or the received contents are wrong, the abnormal state of reception is displayed or buzzed and indicates it on a personal computer 113 from a signal processing means 107 via an interface 112. When abnormal state of reception lasts longer than a 2nd prescribed time of a 2nd abnormality detection timer, a CPU reset signal 105 is transmitted to a CPU of a control panel 114 of the station 102 to reset the CPU. Then the station 102 restarts and is restored automatically. |
