<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the fluctuation of characteristics of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) and to increase a numerical aperture by preventing a defective display from occurring caused by the reflection of incident light by a signal line even when a reflection type liquid crystal display of a normally white mode is made to display in black. SOLUTION: An insulating substrate 1 is provided thereon with a 1st gate electrode 11, a gate insulating film, a semiconductor film arranged on the 1st gate electrode 11, and an interlayer insulating film, and is provided with a TFT having a 2nd gate electrode 17 connected with the 1st gate electrode 11 above a channel on the interlayer insulating film. Here, a reflection display electrode 20 connected with the source of this TFT and made of a reflective material is extended up to above the TFT, and also a gap 37 between the adjacent reflection display electrodes 20 is arranged except above the drain signal line 52.</p> |
