SOLUTION: A first parabolic reflector 40a or a plane mirror, a second parabolic reflector 52 and a photothermic conversion block 61 are provided in a box body surrounded with a plane plate glass 36 or a Fresnel lens, and plates 31, 33, so that incident rays are reflected repeatedly in the box body and passed through a long optical path and then a fluid space 77 of the block 61 to collect and project the rays of the sun into a heat exchange fluid outlet tube 74. The inner surface of the tube 74 is a black surface for photothermic conversion and photothermic conversion is mainly effected within the tube 74. Dry air or inert gas is sealed in the box body through a valve device.
