PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce changes in the temperature characteristic of a power circuit, when a DC-DC converter is used. SOLUTION: This power circuit includes a positive voltage generation circuit, consisting of a DC-DC converter 1 which generates a 1st conversion voltage by means of a pulse signal, that is sent from an oscillation drive circuit 2 and a negative voltage generating circuit consisting of a charge pump circuit 6, to which the 1st conversion voltage of the positive voltage generation circuit is inputted, and a constant voltage circuit 7 using a Zener diode ZD and generates a 2nd conversion voltage. Then the positive temperature characteristic component of the positive voltage generation circuit is offset by the negative temperature characteristic component of the negative voltage generation circuit.
