PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerating device that is small, compact, and economical. SOLUTION: A heat-exchanger 4 to effect recovery of heat is installed in an exhaust route 3 between an incinerator 1 and a dust filter 2 to filter combustion exhaust of the incinerator 1. A power source 5 is provided to be driven by a recovery heat at the heat-exchanger 4. Interlocking constitution is made such that a power source 8 for incineration, such as a blow fan 6 to blow combustion air for the incinerator 1 and a suction fan 7 to suck and discharge the combustion exhaust, is driven by the power source 5.
