PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an oscillation circuit with a high power utilizing efficiency, which ensures desired power by optionally setting the number of oscillation sections. SOLUTION: A plurality of the oscillation sections with the same characteristic is prepared, which are oscillated when a prescribed output load impedance is connected to output terminals of the oscillation sections 1-1 to 1-n and not oscillated when a load impedance of 0-ohm is connected to the output terminal, and an output with desired power is obtained by synthesizing the outputs. The output load impedance when viewing from the oscillation sections 1-1 to 1-n is viewed to have a prescribed value in the case that output phases are in-phase and viewed to have 0-ohm in the case that the output phases are other than in-phase, then only the in-phase outputs can be synthesized.
