PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio wave absorbing wall while fixing strength of an outer packing members and a ferrite magnetic bodies is improved. SOLUTION: Ferrite magnetic bodies 3 are placed in a building material having reinforcing members such as reinforcing bars acting like a radio wave reflecting body, outer package members 1 mounted on the ferrite magnetic bodies 3 and the building material via resin mortar are provided, joint rods 8 formed nearly along with a shape of the ferrite magnetic bodies 3 in a horizontal directional cross section are mounted on the ferrite magnetic bodies 3 and the joint rods 8 are placed over the layer consisting of the building materials and the layer consisting of the resin mortar in this radio wave absorbing wall.
