摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient and high accurate positioning by corresponding a positioning surface of CAD data to an object point group corresponding to a positioning surface of non-contact measured data, and performing the positioning in two stages of an outline and a detail. SOLUTION: CAD data 5 from a CAD input device 3 and point group data 15 from a point group data input device 4 are stored in a memory 22. Any number of points in the point group data 15 seemed to be in a same surface are selected respectively corresponding to three positioning surfaces as three object point group data. Based on information of three extraction object point group data comprising a predetermined number of points arbitrarily extracted from each object point group data and information of three on-surface point data, any one point on each positioning surface, each object point group data is substantially positioned with each positioning surface. Based on the provided information of three positioning point group data and information of each positioning surface, each point group data 15 is positioned with CAD data 5 in detail.
