PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device utilizing liquid developer that can be used over a long period of time without taking into account swelling of the liquid developer or heat characteristic of photoreceptor material. SOLUTION: In this device, an electrostatic latent image is transferred to a belt developer carrier 2 that is rotated while a part of a drum photoreceptor 1 is inscribed in close contact and the transferred electrostatic latent image on the belt developer carrier 2 is developed by utilizing the liquid developer. At this time, a developing device 6 where a developing roller 61, a squeeze roller 62 and a drying roller 7 are provided is installed in a range where the belt developer carrier 2 is not in close contact with the drum photoreceptor 1. |
