PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution which can surely prevent resin from leaking on the lower surface side of a frame when an armature and a circuit board are covered with resin, in a motor wherein the armature and the circuit board formed on a frame are covered with resin. SOLUTION: Before the part from the upper surface of a circuit board 40 to the upper surface of an armature 30 is covered with resin 70, in a stator 19 of a motor, a gap between a resin tube 44 and lead wires 42 is sealed with adhesive agent 75 injected in the tube 44, and a gap between a lead wire leading-out hole 50 and the lead wires 42 and a gap between the hole 50 and the resin tube 44 are sealed with the adhesive agent 75 with which the hole 50 is filled.
