PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an object to be controlled in accordance with its state without executing unnecessary routine by providing a judging circuit for judging whether a condition on a condition register agrees with the value of a status register and a program counter for generating an execution address. SOLUTION: The presence/absence of the occurrence of the hold primary factor of a servo loop is registered in a status register 140. A program counter 110 outputs an address to read and execute instructions sequentially in an instruction memory 100. When the address outputted from the counter 110 agrees with an address stored in a condition setting register 150 at the time of comparison by a comparator 165 and the output of the register 140 does not agree with a condition stored in the register 150 at the time of comparison by a comparator 160, the leading address of a processing routine at the time of not meeting a condition which is read from the register 150 is set to a program counter 110.
