SOLUTION: At least two first locking pieces 3 opening respectively so as to direct upward or downward are fixed to at least two places of the upper end 11 and the lower end 12 of this poster bulletin board for election, a standing strut 9 comprises at least two metal fittings 5 movable or fixable to this standing strut 9, each of these metal fittings 5 is fixed with second locking pieces 7 opening respectively so as to direct upward or downward so that they can engage with the first locking pieces 3 from the up and down directions.
