PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a surface treated film to a round tube by maintaining a panel surface and the surface treated film at a specific temperature, disposing the surface treated film opposite to the panel surface by impression of tension thereto and successively press bonding and sticking the surface treated film to the panel surface under specific pressure by a pressurizing pad. SOLUTION: The panel surface 102 of the17-inch round tube 101 and the surface treated film 103 are heated by an IR heater and the tension is impressed to the four corners of the surface treated film 103, by which the surface treated film 103 is held without wrinkles apart from the prescribed spacing from the panel surface 102. The heating temperature of this case is preferably 40 to 80 deg.C. The pressurizing pad 104 is located at the center 105 of the panel surface 102 to press the surface treated film 103 perpendicularly to the panel surface 102 under the pressure of 2 to 50 kg/cm2. While the surface treated film 103 is pressed, the pressurizing pad 104 is moved toward the periphery of the panel surface 102 in such a manner that its loci closely form adjacent spiral shapes.
