HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger tube and its manufacturing method wherein there are removed to the utmost variations of processing for a partition wall section constituting a partition wall provided between upper and lower side walls of the tube in the heat exchanger tube made by roll forming. SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger tube 1 a flat plate shaped tube raw material is rolled, and a medium flow passage 5 in which a medium flows is provided, the heat exchanger tube 1 makes contact with opposite ends of the flat plate shaped tube raw material and is bonded to the one side wall 2 of the heat exchanger tube to provide a partition wall for defining the medium flow passage 5. A partition wall section 41 at the opposite ends of the tube constructing the partition wall includes an excess section 42 for absorbing deformation produced at the time of forming the tube.
