PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily update the version of a system without asking the re- registration work of biological information to a user even when a device for sampling the biological information, a biological information sampling system or biological feature data to be used at the time of collation are changed. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a biological information input part 22 provided with a function for sampling the biological information, a biological information conversion part 231 for converting the biological information sampled by the biological-information input part 22 to the state of being sampled under a prescribed sampling condition and a biological feature data extraction part 31 for extracting the biological feature data from the biological information converted by the biological information conversion part 231.
