PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce activation time by outputting a closing command to an electromagnetic connector, when a sequence control means is started, and at the same time outputting a control start command to an output voltage control means. SOLUTION: Sequence control 21A outputs the closing command of an electromagnetic connector 1 when an activation command is given externally, and at the same time, gives a command for starting the on/off control of the semiconductor element of an inverter part 7 to an output voltage control part 22, thus starting to charge a filter capacitor 6 and at the same time, turning on/off the semiconductor device of the inverter part 7, thus performing a soft-start control, while the filter capacitor 6 is charged to a rated voltage. Also, after a comparator 24 verifies that the filter capacitor 6 has been charged to the rated voltage, a closing command is outputted to a charge resistance short- circuiting circuit 2, thus reducing time until the filter capacitor is charged to the rated voltage after activation and hence reducing activation time. |
