PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up a capacitor in the motor frame of a motor which is driven by using the capacitor, and at the same time, to enable the capacitor to cope with a high-output motor that generates large quantity of heat. SOLUTION: A capacitor 24 is mounted on the capacitor-mounting section 17 of a terminal base set up in a motor frame 2. The capacitor 24 is the so- called 'plastic film capacitor' and uses a heat-resistant film, such as the heat- resistant polypropylene film which expands thermally, in such a way that the sum of the coefficients of thermal expansion in the longitudinal and transversal directions becomes 4% or smaller at 120 deg.C as a dielectric film. Since the capacitor 24 has a high heat resistant and a stable quality, the capacitor 24 can be set up in the motor frame 2 of a high-output motor 1 which generates large quantity of heat. |
