PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a processing for taking out/deleting a document in a binder in a document unit or newly adding it to the binder in the document unit by associating a binder object with a document object with a link and independently continuing the document objects, even after they are bundled in the binder. SOLUTION: Individual document files are displayed as the icons of metapaper files and the document files can be accessed through the icons. Pictures obtained by reducing images that individual documents display, namely, thumb nails are used as the patterns of the icons. For example, one document file A is shown on the left above, a photograph file 003 below and a binder 1 generated by combining the plural documents on the right above. A mark such as 2/3 shown in the upper part of each file shows a present page/the number of total pages, which are shown by a thumb nail (reduced image) in the mode of 'present page/number of total pages'. |
