PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of a pressure loss without deteriorating the performance of chromatographic resolution when a plurality of components contained in a raw material liquid is resolved by the chormatographic resolution. SOLUTION: At the time of performing chromatographic resolution, one unit packed bed 6 packed with an adsorbent having a low moisture holding ability and a plurality of unit packed beds 1-5 and 7-10 packed with an adsorbent having a high moisture holding ability and a small grain size are connected to each other so as to form a closed loop through which a raw material liquid flows endlessly. Then a first step of extracting a prescribed component from the liquid while the liquid is supplied to the packed bed 6 and a second step of extracting the component to the outside of the system while a supernatant liquor is supplied to either one of the beds 1-10 are performed and a mass balance is maintained between the raw material liquid and supernatant liquor. |
