PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recording/reproducing device that can easily register disk information to an MD or the like. SOLUTION: A processing control part 101 of a disk recording/reproducing device 1 acquires text data sent from a disk-reproducing device 2 via a digital data line 4. The processing control part 101 generates a performer table according to performer names being included in the acquired text data for storing in a memory 109. The processing control part 101 displays the contents of the performer table being stored into the memory 109 at a display part 108, when a user registers the disk information into an MD. The processing control part 101 registers the disk information, including a selected artist name to the MD when the user selects a desired performer name.
