PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable testing in rainy weather, together with reducing noise in blade rotaion transmitting to surroundings, and also realize the same air current as the flight conditions in the test device of a helicopter blade. SOLUTION: Surroundings of a blade 53 supported by a stand 54 are enclosed by a barrier wall 51, and the barrier wall 51 is covered by a dome 11. A right- angled bent 18, consisting of a predetermined gap between external surroundings of the barrier wall 51 and internal surroundings of the dome 11, is formed, and current plates 15 are placed on a ceiling of the dome 11. An air 40 flows into the inside of the dome 11 from the right-angled bent 18, when the blade 53 rotates, and then towards an upper face of the blade 53 as 40a by the current plates 15. Then, the air 40 flows downward as 40b by the roatation of the blade 53, and out from an expansion part of a lower part of a barrier wall 10 to the outside as 40c. The noise from the upper end of the barrier wall 51 is disturbed by the right-angled bent 18 of the dome 11, and noise flowing the outside is attenuated. Also, testing in rainy weather can be done because of the ceiling of the dome 11.
