PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient hot water supply system for a bath by lighting/resetting the display section of a remote controller thereof surely. SOLUTION: The hot water supply apparatus 1 for bath comprises a pressure sensor 20 provided in the circulation passage of a hot water supply apparatus for bath coupled with a bathtub 18 and detecting the water level in the bathtub, a bath remote controller 6 for operating the hot water supply apparatus 1 from a bathroom, a display section, e.g. a liquid crystal screen, provided on the bath remote controller 6, means for detecting presence of a person at ones bath by monitoring the water level in the bathtub through the pressure sensor 20, and means for controlling display of the bath remote controller 6 by detecting a person at ones bath through the detecting means.
