PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a differential amplifier where an in-phase input range and CMRR (common mode rejection ratio) are not particularly large as the differential amplifier for detecting a charge signal. SOLUTION: In a four-phase driving type CCD where a plurality of sets of driving electrodes are aligned while the one set consists of four driving electrodes, two driving electrodes 22 and 24 in the same set where the phases are shifted by 180 degrees each other are divided by the same weighting as division detection electrodes 22a, 22b, 24a, and 24b. The signals of the division detection electrodes 22a and 24a are added by resistors R2a and R4a, at the same time, the signals of the division detection electrodes 22b and 24b is added by resistors R2b and R4b, and the difference between both addition outputs taken out as a detection signal by a differential amplifier.
|
