<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent terminal metal pieces from misalignment and deformation. SOLUTION: In the condition that an upper 22U and a lower board connection part 22L in L-form are formed, terminal metal pieces 20U and 20L are installed at a housing by insert molding, and therefore, the board connection parts 22U and 22L will be located in the normal positions when they are set in a die, and because no bending is required after molding, there is no risk that misalignment is generated at the forefront parts of the board connection parts 22U and 22L in the manufacturing process. After molding, there is no risk that the board connection parts 22U and 22L are deformed by interference with any other member because a spacer 15 is interposed between them.</p> |
