PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for an image processing capable of switching toner saving method according to an object. SOLUTION: This device is let to analyze an object in plotting data, and when the object of monochrome color background and the object of image data coexist in plotting data, to select the toner saving method by dither pattern for the toner saving method with regard to the image data. Moreover, the device is let to perform the image plotting process, based on the number of lighting pixels when processing by the dither pattern for saving the toner with respect to the monochrome back ground, and to perform plotting process, in selecting the toner saving method for deciding the lowering value of the object on the monochrome color background by applying selected toner saving method. |
