ANTIROTATION ANCHOR

The invention relates to an antirotation anchor meant to prevent the rotary motion of the stator of a helical bore-hole petroleum pump. According to the invention, the antirotation anchor ensures the stator stability in a bore-hole pump by comprising a shaft (2) provided with some cams (12) rotatable in some bushings (5). Some facing dies (9) and some setting dies (13) are mounted at the inner ends of the bushings (5). Said setting dies (13) are provided with a recess (a) accomodating the cams (12) of the shaft (2). The facing dies (9) and the setting dies (13) are located alternately at 90 degree in order to allow the setting of the cam (12) into the facing dies (9) to lock the anchor upon the rotation of the shaft (2). The ratio between the anchor length and the die length is 10/8...10/5.
