PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize onboard rewrite without requiring any selection of external apparatus while increasing the access speed. SOLUTION: The rewrite circuit 100 comprises a register block 102, a TAP circuit 104 and a decoder circuit 106. The register block 102 comprises an SECADR register, a DR register and an FCR register for scan, an SCBN register, and a PRF register where Capture data contains the codes of specified parameters concerning to a flash memory. The TAP circuit 104 comprises an IR register' a BP register and SCN register for scan and a TAP controller. The decoder circuit 106 selects a register block 102 by delivering the Update data of the SCN register as a decode output signal S7. In such a rewrite circuit 100, input terminals of respective scan registers are connected commonly with a TDI terminal. |
