PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable most efficiently mounting electronic parts on an evacuating means for not yet assembled parts by so deciding a boarding pattern as the boarding number to be maximum by the evacuating means for not yet assembled parts and by driving a transferring and boarding head based upon the pattern. SOLUTION: An evacuating conveyer (evacuating means for not yet assembled parts) is provided at a supplying part 4 of a single side of a transfer route 2 in the parallel direction to a tape feeder 5 and electronic parts P which are evacuated to the outside of the device as not yet assembled are boarded on the evacuating conveyer 12. An electronic part boarding pattern on the evacuating conveyer 12 having a regulated area is so decided as the boarding number to become maximum by a boarding pattern decision part. By the means, a frequency where the evacuating conveyer 12 is fulfilled can be suppressed in minimum. Additionally, the parts P are picked up from the tape feeder 5 of the supplying part 4 or from a tray feeder 6, are recognized by a line camera 13 and after that are assembled on the substrate 3. |
