PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a printing mode in a page unit and to set an appropriate mode, while respective page constitutions are recognized by installing the writing field of the printing mode in a page object generated in the page unit constituting a document and displaying a thumb-nail image on a mode setting picture. SOLUTION: An attribute/mode designating part 403 can designate a printing mode in a page unit, with respect to the objects of respective printing objects through the printing processing mode designating GUI 402 of a virtual printer 401. A document file contained in a folder is displayed in the work space part of a picture displayed on a display device 120, when the document to be printed is selected from the plural documents stored in a storage device 200. The individual document files can access the respective document files through an icon. An image obtained by reducing images that the individual documents display, namely, a thumb nail is used as the pattern for the icon. |
