PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make display grade excellent in a liquid crystal panel which is utilized as a liquid crystal display device, an optical shutter or the like. SOLUTION: A first insulating film is formed on whole surface of counter electrodes 5, 6 in a pixel and a pixel electrode is formed on the first insulating film. A second insulating film 22 is formed on the pixel electrode. An alignment layer is formed on the second insulating film 22. In the pixel, there is some places 10 where the second insulating film 22 is partially not formed. |
