<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an opening of a valve element from principally deciding even if an input current value becomes zero in an electric driving part by increasing set pressure according to reduction of the input current value, and setting the set pressure to the maximum value when the input current value exceeds zero. SOLUTION: A capacity control valve 46 is formed in such a constitution that set intake pressure is set to the maximum value when a current value inputted to a coil 70 exceeds zero. An sensitive chamber 56 of the capacity control valve 46 is communicated with an intake chamber 37 through a pressure detecting passage 47. When pressure in the intake chamber 37 is raised higher than set intake pressure when a check valve is closed, an opening of a valve hole 55 is reduced according to raising pressure by a bellows 57 of the capacity control valve 46, and it is obstructed that pressure in a crank chamber 15 is rapidly raised. Namely, it is obstructed that excessive pressure is raised in the crank chamber 15 by using the capacity control valve 46 formed in such a constitution that an opening of the valve hole 55 is abandoned to a sensitive operation of the bellows 57 even if the current value inputted to the coil 70 is zero.</p> |
