<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be applicable to a touch panel of a color liquid crystal display by forming an easily adhesive film composed of at least an ionizing radiation hardenable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and two or more matting agents of different average particle sizes, on a transparent polymer film. SOLUTION: This easily adhesive transparent conductive thin film 1 is manufactured by forming an easily adhesive film 3 on the transparent polymer film 2, and the easily adhesive film 3 is composed of an ionizing radiation hardenable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and two or more matting agents of different average particle sizes. As the transparent polymer film 2, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polycarbonate or the like hardly inhibiting the light transmittance can be used. As the easily adhesive film 3 formed on the transparent polymer film 2, is superior in the abrasion resistance and the adhesiveness with a transparent conductive thin film 5 such as ITO, the durability of the transparent conductive thin film 5 can be improved.</p> |
