<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having good triboelectric chargeability and fluidity without impairing the color reproducibility and transparency of a full-color image, also having good cleanability, preventing toner filming and giving a clear image free from image fog and traces of toner filming and having sufficient image density. SOLUTION: Fine resin particles obtained by polymerizing a monomer with crystalline titanium dioxide are added as an external additive together with silica to toner matrix particles. The transferability of the external additive is enhanced to diminish a residual toner on a photoreceptor after transfer, cleanability is enhanced to reliably remove the residual toner and the surface of the photoreceptor is refreshed by the polishing effect of the fine resin particles themselves to prevent defective cleaning and toner filming.</p> |
