PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the holding accuracy and the reliability of an optical member and a lens group by surely preventing the deterioration in the strength of a barrel member having a through-hole by simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st barrel member 3 having the through-hole 3c, and a 2nd barrel member 2 moving the optical member in its optical axis direction by relative rotation to the member 3. Then, the member 3 is equipped with projections 3a and 3b on the outer periphery or the inner periphery of its front and rear sides in a longitudinal direction. The member 2 is equipped with rotary guide grooves 2b and 2c with which the projections 3a and 3b are engaged at positions corresponding to the projections 3a and 3b on its inner periphery or outer periphery.
