PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skylight for lighting natural light which is capable of sufficiently introducing light to the effective space in a room. SOLUTION: The skylight 11 for lighting the natural light has a window frame 12 as shown in Figure (A), and interior side wired glass 13 and outdoor side wired glass 14 as light transparent members are fitted as shown in Figure (B) to the window frame 12. The outside surface of the outdoor side wired glass 14 constitutes a lighting surface 15 for lighting the natural light (including sunlight) and the lighting surface 15 is nearly parallel with the slope of a south side roof. A Fresnel prism (prism member) 16 fitted to the window frame 12 is disposed between the interior side wired glass 13 and the outdoor side wired glass 14. The Fresnel prism 16 is nearly parallel to the lighting surface 15.
