PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more simple quantitative analysis method for an acidic phosphate-based internal release agent contained in thiourethane by improving a dangerous complicated decomposition reaction under a high-temperature high-pressure condition. SOLUTION: In a quantitative analysis method for internal release agent contained in thiourethane resin, an acidic phosphate-based internal release agent is separated and detected through (1) a step of decomposing a thiourethane resin containing the release agent by heating and cooling the agent under the presence of an amine compound, (2) a step of extracting a component which is soluble in an organic solvent by discharging the decomposed solution into alkaline water and separating the solution into an organic layer and water layer, and (3) a step of removing a thiol component by extracting the component with the organic solvent after neutralizing the water layer. The release agent is separated and detected also through (4) a step of separating the acidic phosphate-based internal release agent by extracting the agent with the organic solvent after acidifying the neutralized water layer obtained in the third step (3), (5) a step of esterifying the extracted solution by adding an esterifying reagent to the solution, and (6) a step of resolving and detecting the esterified solution by chromatography.
