PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recording density by constituting an information recording layer and respective layers, excluding a desired resin film for protecting laminated films, of inorganic matter, maintaining a solid state at the incidence of information reproducing light into the respective layers of the laminated films and making the reflectivity of the laminated films higher with an increase in the intensity of incident light. SOLUTION: Information is previously recorded by phase pits on a substrate 81 consisting of polycarbonate. A reflection addition film 86 (Ge-N film) is formed on the substrate 81 and a substrate protective film 82 is formed thereon. Next, an inorganic super-high resolution 83 (Co3O4 film) is laminated thereon. Further, a heat holding film 84 is formed and a reflection 85 is formed thereon. The Co3O4 film is changed in the complex refractive index in the region where the temperature is elevated by the irradiation with a light spot and the reflectivity of this region is increased as a result of multiple reflection and only the recording marks of the high-reflection region are reproduced. The increase in the reflectivity when the complex refractive index of the Co3O4 film changes by the reflection addition film 86 (Ge-N film) is embodied. |
